There are already many interesting storylines developing in the 2008-09 National Hockey League season. On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, Doug Redford talks with former NHL player Mark Osborne.
Mark played from 1982-95 in 919 games scoring 212 goals. Winnipeg Jets, Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Rangers were major stops during his career. Now he lives in the Toronto area working as a hockey analyst for Leafs TV and with Hockey Ministries International as their Ontario representative.
Mark shares his thoughts on the injury to New Jersey Devils star Martin Brodeur. He also talks about some of the teams around the league that are off to a good start and should be contenders for the Stanley Cup.
It’s a good mid-week hockey discussion with a former hard checking winger from the NHL, Mark Osborne.
